Chicago from Above
We take so much of what we see on a daily basis for granted, but there are marvels around us everywhere. Marvels of engineering. Marvels of imagination. Marvels of art. Marvels of nature. I'm taking this year to open my eyes again.
When I was young I treasured the postcards my uncle sent from foreign lands. I was fascinated with all the visas on my mother's passport from the places she had seen. I kept a postage stamp collection from nations around the globe. When I grew up, I decided to see the beauty the world had to offer for myself. This is a travel diary of the light that hit my lens.
